Understanding the Impact of New Legislation and How to Help Clients with Employment Risks & Responsibilities

Expertise offered by Tom Breedlove of

About the program:
The repeal of the Companion Care Exemption for third-party caregivers is changing the care landscape and driving more families to employ their own caregiver. Attend to learn how the new law will impact your clients and how to help them easily and effectively manage the payroll, tax, and labor law obligations that come with being a “household employer.” Attendees will walk away with tips and tools to help families avoid risk, save time, and save money.

About the speaker:

Tom Breedlove brings 30 years of business experience, including more than a decade on the executive team at Breedlove & Associates – now HomePay – the nation’s leading household employment specialist. He is co-author of The Household Employer’s Financial, Legal & HR Guide and has been an active speaker on this complex topic.
